Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the JV CRM application and the public appointment-request form (together, the "Service"), operated by JV Construction ("JV," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Who can use the Service

The CRM application is an internal tool for JV Construction employees and authorized sales representatives — access is by invitation only. The public appointment-request form may be used by anyone interested in requesting a project appointment with us.

Account access

• CRM accounts are created and managed by our administrators. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• We may suspend or revoke access at any time, for any reason, including when your role with JV Construction ends.
• Don't share your account, and don't attempt to access data or accounts you're not authorized to use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the public appointment-request form to submit false, abusive, or spam content.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use client, project, or appointment data accessed through the CRM for any purpose outside your work for JV Construction.

Appointment requests

Submitting a request through the public form doesn't guarantee an appointment, a quote, or that we'll take on a project. We review requests and follow up at our discretion.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (Supabase, Google Calendar, MapTiler, AWS) to operate — see our Privacy Policy for details. Your use of those integrations (e.g. connecting Google Calendar) is also subject to that provider's own terms.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
